Notes add additional details to the customer shuttle requests. Customers can add notes via the customer app and dealership employees can add notes via dispatcher app.
Customer notes are always displayed in green. Customer notes can only be created by customers via the customer app.
To add customer note, customer must have the unique link to the request sent via SMS
Dealership employees can add note to the requests via Dispatcher interface. Customers don’t see the dealership notes.
Notes by dealer employees are in red and has the name of the employee who left the note.
