Changing request information

The customer can change information about the request via the unique SMS link that was sent to track the shuttle

Time, address, and # of passenger can be changed from the ‘Change’ button. Customers can also send the shuttle driver notes from this function. Both drivers and dispatchers can view the customer notes. After the customer has made changes to the request

Depending on the changes made, the request can be modified or rescheduled based on system logic. If the changes made reschedule the customer request, the dispatcher will receive a push notification
